One arm of my spectacles broke while I was at work, and it became quite difficult to manage without them. I went to several places looking for a repair, but everyone told me that I had to replace the entire frame. Then by chance, I visited Eye Care. Two ladies there were incredibly friendly and said they would try to repair it and call me afterward. Honestly I didn’t have much hope. But to my surprise, within just an hour or so, they called me and said the repair was done and they didn’t charge me anything. It was free of charge. One of the ladies was pregnant, yet she was enthusiastic and professional in her customer service. Truly impressive. Best service I’ve experienced in Kurunegala. Highly recommend!
